WHAT THIS COURSE IS FOR:
PPL is a Private Pilot License. It gives you the right to fly on a single-engine aircraft for private purposes. The only exception is the work of an instructor - this can be done for money with a PPL license.
Obtaining this license is the first step into commercial aviation, since the possibilities of this license can be expanded by taking modular training courses and receiving ratings, for example, IR (Instrument Rating) will give the opportunity to fly in difficult weather conditions, and ME (Multi-engine Rating) will give the opportunity to fly on twin-engine aircraft ..

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF:
The PPL course consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. There is a possibility of both online and offline theoretical training.
The theoretical part consists in studying 9 subjects:
Air Law and ATC procedures; Aircraft General Knowledge; Flight Performance and Planning; Human Performance and Limitations; Meteorology; Navigation; Operational Procedures; Principles of Flight; Radio Communications.
In total, 100 hours of classes are allocated for theoretical training. This training can be done either 100% in a classroom study group or 70% of self-study with online guidance from our instructors and 30% will be done in the classroom just before the official exams.
The practical part consists of 45 hours of training flights on our airplanes. Training flights include the study of basic piloting manoeuvres, management of flying in difficult situations, performing flights at different aerodromes, cross-country flights, solo flights, and much more.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
⋅ age over 17;
⋅ a school-level knowledge of maths and physics;
⋅ an intermediate level of English;
⋅ medical fitness to obtain an EASA medical certificate of Class 2.

WHERE IS THE COURSE CONDUCTED:
The PPL course is conducted at our main location in Spain near Madrid - at Casarrubios-del-Monte aerodrome. This is where we conduct our training flights and theory classes. Our student campus with accommodation and a restaurant, our main office, and a hangar for aircraft maintenance are also located there.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE COURSE:
The average duration of the PPL course at FlyUp Academy is 2-3 months depending on the student's availability and study progress. Our scheduling policy is very flexible and we are able to arrange both full- and part-time pilot training based on your individual preferences.

WHAT IS THE PRICE:
Price:
11,900 €
This price includes all theoretical and practical training, flight uniform, fuel surcharges, and a student pilot kit (pilot's logbook, flight maps, aviation ruler, pilot's kneeboard).
This price does not include: ⋅ fees for medical assessment and issuance of a medical certificate - paid at the medical center (200€); ⋅ skill test fee and license issuance fee - paid to the Civil Aviation Authority (200€); ⋅ on-campus accommodation with own kitchen (15€/night).
We do not charge any additional fees such as landing fees, fuel surcharges, etc.

HOW TO START THE COURSE:
To enroll in the program, you need to follow this simple procedure:
1) Fill in our Online application form Please contact us, and our training consultants will provide you with all the information about the training program as well as answer all of your questions. When you decide to enroll in the course, your consultant will send you a link to the application form.
2) Sign a Training agreement We use an electronic signature tool to sign Training agreements. These documents are safe and convenient, and they save forests :)
3) Cover the first installment payment The first installment payment according to the signed Agreement. The payments are made in a form of bank transfers.
You will get access to the theory lessons upon completion of the enrollment process. Also, at this stage, we will issue visa-supporting documents for the Spanish visa application, if required.
